The U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, welcomed the agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan on a "ceasefire agreement." He stated this in his Twitter. "I welcome the agreement on the cessation of hostilities between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This step is in the right direction for resolving the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh and establishing peace in the region," he wrote.
